The three numbers at the top of your dashboard track creators as they move through your campaign.

Sign-ups

Creators who joined your campaign. We always bring in more creators than your target so the campaign reaches its goal, which is why sign-ups are usually higher than your target. Why is the total opt-in number so high?

Purchases

An estimate of how many creators who signed up have bought your product. Some creators buy the product but never post. You are only charged for creators who complete a post. If a creator buys and never posts, you pay nothing.

Follow-ups

A follow-up happens after a creator has posted and been reimbursed. It could be a review on an eCommerce platform or an invite to your ambassador program. The number is based on click-throughs from our follow-up emails, so it is an estimate of completed follow-up tasks.
