How to download content from your campaign dashboard

You hold full usage rights to the content created in your campaign for the lifetime of your company, so you can reuse it in ads, on social, on your website and on your product listings. Here is how to download it from your dashboard.

1. Open your campaign

Log in to your brand dashboard and click Campaigns in the left-hand menu. Each contract you have with us appears underneath. Select the one you want to pull content from.

This is your brand view. Every product campaign under the contract is listed here, and you can filter by status: all, active, inactive or done. Each card shows sign-ups, estimated purchases, follow-ups and how many pieces of content are done against your target.

2. Open a product

Click any product to open its campaign. If you are only running one product, you will land here directly. The Content tab is selected by default and lists every approved post, with each creator's handle and the likes, comments and views their post has earned.

3. Download your content

• Everything at once: click Download in the top right. The platform packages every image and video into a single zip file.
• A single post: hover over any piece of content to preview it, then click the download icon in the corner of the thumbnail to save that individual video or image.

Find the right content first

Use Sort by to put the best content, newest posts, most engagement or most followers first. Open Filters to narrow by completion date, media type or video length, then click Apply. More on sorting and filtering.

Why a post might not appear yet

There may be a short delay between when a creator publishes their post and when it appears on your dashboard. Our team audits every post to verify the content before it is approved. Once approved, the post appears on the dashboard right away.
