What if influencers leave a negative post?

We encourage influencers to be honest in their testimonials, and most leave positive reviews. In the very rare cases where a negative review is left, we will evaluate whether the comment is disparaging towards the brand and take necessary action where applicable. Genuine feedback about the product experience does not count as disparaging.
